Service Guarantee

1. The carpet cleaning products we use are

• Green Seal Certified - nontoxic, no carcinogens, readily biodegradable, non-irritating to skin or eyes, etc.

• Biobased Certified - no special disposal and can be composted.

• Woolsafe Certified - low re-soiling characteristics, low in alkalinity, no bleaching agents, nonflammable, nonhazardous, environmentally responsible.

• Environmentally Preferable Purchasing Qualified - reduced effect on 

• human health and the environment when compared with competing carpet cleaning services.

2. Our carpet care consultants are screened, professionally trained with certification, responsible, punctual and insured. They are not salespeople and are motivated by your satisfaction with their work. They also have a mission to convey Green messages and tips on carpet maintenance. To maintain a consistent and high-quality service level, we do not hire temporary workers or summer students.

3. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning service*, simply call us by noon the next day of the service date and we'll re-clean the concerned area free.

*Due to the nature of some stains, 100% stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
